Backstory
Emilio has lived in New Orleans for his whole life. When he was young, his father ended up in jail. When he was roughly 11 years old, he started dealing with Nohi (or as Emilio tends to refer to him, The Hat Man). He became a trick shooter during the 1920's. Shortly before the events of No Stone Unturned, Emilio's father Elon was released from prison and sought Emilio out to become part of his life again, much to Emilio's displeasure.
Personality & Appearance
Personality
Emilio is a very anxious person. He is quick to ask The Hat Man for favors, resulting in extreme and/or destructive magical reactions. His stage personna is much less timid than he is. He's very skilled at shooting. He is occasionally air-headed.
Appearance
Emilio has dark hair and glasses. He has a scar over his left eye, and freckles.
